The Features Of the New Battery Wheel Loader
High Adaptability and Intelligence
EIC system adopt international standard layout design; Waterproof rating up to IP67, adaptable to rain and snow. Can be operated in closed spaces such as tunnels and mines. Safe operation from -40° to 60° Celsius.
Powerful Drive System.
LTMG electric loader adopts SR(switched reluctance) motor, compared with the common permanent magnet motor on the market, it is more resistant to high temperature and vibration; it also has energy regeneration ability and high system efficiency. The working environment of the loader is generally more severe, switched reluctance motor can do a better match.
Advanced Motor Technology
LTMG electric loader adopts the industry's most advanced "three-motor" technology programme. Compared with the common "two-motor" design, LTMG electric loader abandons the traditional gearbox and adopts independent drive of front and rear axles. The transmission system is not only highly integrated, simple and reliable, with high efficiency and stable driving ability, but also eliminates the maintenance cost of gearbox, high efficiency and energy saving, low failure rate.
Large Capacity Battery
Equipped with 282kWh high-capacity battery pack, which is distributed to the motor controller, water-cooling unit, air-conditioner, etc. through high-voltage power distribution unit, the energy management is carried out by the controller during the operation of the whole vehicle, and the fully charged continuous operation can reach more than 6 hours. There are two standard charging ports on the left side of the vehicle body weight, supporting double-gun fast charging, 240kw charging pile can be fully charged within 1 hour, 300kw charging pile only takes 40-50 minutes to be fully charged.
