Ⅱ. Project Amount

For each individual public welfare project, the merchandise's value shall not surpass $20,000 USD, designated exclusively to defray the procurement expenses; ancillary outlays like transportation, installation, and commissioning fees are the responsibility of the applicant.

Ⅲ. Requisite Documentation

Mandatory submission of verification documents from Chinese embassies abroad, pertinent local government endorsements, and additional authenticity attestations.
