Exploring New Horizons in Central Asia: Tacheng Prefecture Delegation Visits LTMG Group to Discuss Construction Machinery Going Global Sep 12, 2025

Purpose of Visit

On September 6, 2025, a delegation from Xinjiang's Tacheng Prefecture visited the headquarters of LTMG Group for an on-site inspection and exchange. Both sides held high-level discussions focusing on topics such as construction machinery exports, Central Asian market expansion, and cross-border industrial cooperation, engaging in constructive dialogue on potential future collaboration.

The delegation was led by Chen Changbin, Deputy Secretary-General of the Tacheng Prefecture Committee of the Communist Party of China; Yu Xiaodong, Member of the Committee; and Xu Hongyan, Party Secretary and Deputy Director of the Prefecture's Commerce Bureau. David Guo, Chairman of LTMG Group, together with the Group's international business leadership team, participated in the reception.

Geographic Advantage and Industrial Strength: Building a Hub for Central Asia

Located in northwestern Xinjiang and bordering Kazakhstan, Tacheng holds a unique geographic advantage as a gateway to Central Asia and a key node along the westward Belt and Road corridor.

The Tacheng delegation's visit reflected their recognition of LTMG Group's strong technological capabilities in construction machinery, its proven international market layout, and its established reputation across Central Asia. Both sides expressed willingness to deepen cooperation in areas such as cross-border logistics, overseas warehouse development, and localized service networks, to jointly create a trading hub serving the Central Asian market.

Cooperation Prospects: Exploring New Opportunities and Mapping the Market Together

Chairman David Guo warmly welcomed the delegation and accompanied them on a tour of LTMG Group's headquarters. During the visit, the delegation examined the company's cultural wall, which showcased vivid images of contract signings, project deliveries, and cooperative achievements with clients in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and other Central Asian countries-leaving a strong impression.

At the symposium, Chairman Guo emphasized: "LTMG Group has always adhered to a global vision, guided by the dual drivers of technology innovation and brand building. Tacheng is not only a strategic frontier for China's westward opening, but also a crucial fulcrum connecting the Central Asian market. We highly value the cooperation opportunities in this region and look forward to achieving mutual benefit and win-win outcomes."

Yu Xiaodong, Member of the Tacheng Prefecture Committee, affirmed LTMG's innovative practices: "Traditional cross-border e-commerce has mainly dealt with small-volume goods. LTMG's integration of cross-border e-commerce into heavy machinery exports is an industry-leading initiative. This is not only a breakthrough in business models, but also a vivid practice of China's high-end manufacturing going global."

Yu also expressed hopes for future collaboration with LTMG in major exhibitions held in Tacheng and Central Asia. He stressed that the Tacheng government will provide policy support and resource coordination, while looking forward to establishing long-term strategic partnerships with advanced equipment manufacturers like LTMG Group to jointly promote regional industrial upgrading and the development of an export distribution hub.

Development Vision: From Product Export to Value and Standards Co-Creation

Chairman Guo further elaborated on the Group's strategic direction: "Looking ahead, LTMG will continue to focus on intelligent manufacturing, strengthen independent R&D in core technologies, and build a more internationally competitive high-end equipment portfolio. We aspire to become a trusted Chinese industrial brand in the global market. Our goal is not only to export products, but also to share technological standards, service value, and actively engage in global industrial chain collaboration. Together with Tacheng, we hope to advance the transformation from 'Made in China' to 'Created in China'."

Development Opportunities: Seizing Infrastructure Connectivity for New Growth

This high-level meeting not only deepened mutual trust between LTMG Group and Tacheng Prefecture but also laid a solid foundation for future cooperation. Through this exchange, LTMG Group further clarified its development roadmap for the Central Asian market.

With the steady advancement of the Belt and Road Initiative and the imminent completion of the third cross-border railway between China and Kazakhstan, infrastructure connectivity in the region is entering a new phase. LTMG Group will seize these historic opportunities to enhance its brand influence and market share, while actively promoting project implementation in cooperation with Tacheng.

Looking forward, LTMG Group is committed to maintaining close communication with Tacheng Prefecture, working hand in hand to turn consensus into concrete action, and jointly creating a new chapter for the global expansion of China's high-end equipment manufacturing.
