In March 2024, the LTMG Xiamen Group Headquarters arranged an enjoyable "frisbee" event at the Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Yehao Camp for employees from the R&D, Production, and International Trade Departments. This initiative aimed to enhance team cohesion while providing a relaxing opportunity for employees to enrich their leisure activities and rejuvenate their minds and bodies.

By 11 a.m., the scenic Xiamen Tianzhu Mountain Yehao Camp welcomed all employees. Following a brief interlude, they were grouped randomly into 8 teams. Initially, each team conducted elections to appoint a captain. Guided by their captains, team members enthusiastically collaborated to devise team names, craft slogans, and fashion team flags. Engaging in a lively brainstorming session, each team generated distinct names and memorable slogans, reflecting their individual styles and team attributes.

Following that, the coach provided a comprehensive explanation of the rules and safety measures for the frisbee game. Through several rounds of warm-up exercises, participants gradually honed their skills and discovered the enjoyment of frisbee sports.

With a blow of the whistle, the activity commenced. Employees eagerly tossed the frisbees into the air, filling the lawn with laughter and cheers, infusing it with vitality and enthusiasm. Working in harmony, team members adeptly caught and swiftly passed the frisbees to one another, showcasing excellent teamwork. Through seamless coordination and accurate passes, each group successfully completed numerous frisbee relays, demonstrating their teamwork and precision.

In addition to the traditional frisbee relay, the event featured creative challenges such as frisbee bowling, frisbee tic-tac-toe, and dodgeball. These activities not only tested the teams' synergy but also added excitement and complexity to the event.

As dusk descended, everyone gathered for a barbecue at the campsite, culminating in a lively bonfire party. Justin Zhang, the Head of the Group Headquarters, along with other leaders' representatives, personally ignited the bonfire. Justin inspired team members to fully commit to the new year, upholding LTMG's enduring commitment to service excellence and maintaining a professional and diligent work ethic. He urged them to ensure that every customer they interact with experiences the sincerity and professionalism that define LTMG. The team responded with enthusiastic applause and genuine smiles.
